For those of you who do not know, I work as a civilian contractor for the National Guard. I work with military children before, during and after deployment. I just got an email letting me know that we lost another soldier who was killed by an IED In Afghanistan. He was married with 4 children. Sorda puts alot of things I was bothered by into the mere annoyances column.

SO happy to see all your pictures! They are GREAT! I hate the shoe situation, but...your heart is there.
Also...as a military wife AND teacher of military kids, you are right...amazing how some things can really snap me in to what REALLY matters...and my perspective changes.
Sooo happy for you guys!
Wow, what a reality check. :( I am so very sorry for their loss.
